About Us

Who we are

Jake Warren alongside his wife Zoe are 5th generation custodians of Highclere Valley and live on the farm with their three daughters, India, Zalie and Coco. 
 
Jake runs Highclere Stud and it’s bloodstock agency with the support of his highly experienced team. 
 
Zoe is developing areas of diversification which include; livestock, produce, stays and events.
 
Together supported by General Manager Dan Thompson, they are focussed on the management and future of this beautiful patch of land with which they hope to create a place of refuge and a natural authenticity for all who live, stay or visit Highclere Valley.

The Tractor Shed

We host a steady flow of laid-back community events in our old Tractor Shed—a welcoming space where our team gathers, friends visit, and connections grow.

From seasonal feasts made with homegrown produce to relaxed evenings filled with great food and drinks, every event is designed to be a warm and memorable experience.

STAY WITH US

Shepherd’s Hut

Cosy up beside the log burner and gaze at the uninterrupted view down the valley in one of the two shepherd’s huts that make up The View, a rural retreat for 2 adults and up to two children. Hut one consists of a beautifully presented bedroom and bathroom complete with a log burner inside and deck chairs to soak up the view outside. Hut two holds a well appointed kitchen, larder and dining area. A place to truly relax into the comfort of the huts and to reconnect to the countryside that surrounds you.
